DJ Gave this a 1 star review only because I couldn’t give a 🅾️ zero. I placed the order to the USA. I then reciieved notification that the charge was pending on my credit card. I then received notifications to my phone the item shipped. (They state free shipping on orders over $65.00. I was being charged $35.00 USD for shipping becauit was over sized). Well I began getting tracking updates after I was sent the tracking number. It was being shipped from China. I thought it was coming from NJ, USA because the website says they are in NJ. After waiting several days I received a notification that the package was cleared by Customs to ship. About 2 days later I get a notification that my order wae CANCELED AND i would be getting a refund issued to my credit card. I attempted to use the Chat option on the website, no one responded. I emailed them because I thought there was an error since it had cleared Customs. After a few emails the verified they had cancelled the order and I did get a full refund. They claimed there was a problem or inventory issue. I questioned how is it that the package cleared Customs and why was I getting email and text notifications of the tracking progress? The answer seem fishy I got. This product was being advertised by people on social media that said they purchased it from Amazon, they even posted the Amazon link. When I clicked on the links it was a copycat item same colors, not Yofridra, the company I believe was Seii or Seei. The videos showed the product and it said Yofidra on the actual one they were using.
